Are we a Data Processor or Data Controller?
If you are using our services as an individual, you contacted us directly to enquire/purchase our services for your own personal use, we act as a Data Controller as per the GPDR definition.
If you are using our services as part of an organisation, i.e. the organisation purchased the services for their members/staff, then we act as a Data Processor as per the GDPR definition.
How we collect and use the information we receive from you
We collect information about you when you contact us, register with us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
In particular:
- When you place an order and create an account with us on our website, we will ask you to provide certain personal information, for example: your name, email address, address and telephone number. Our LiveChat platform is provided by a third party, currently Chatlio/Slack. Customers can request a transcript of their LiveChat session when prompted at the end of their chat.
Your personal information will then be used by us (including our: employees; agents; subcontractors; and third party processors e.g. Live chat, email provider, reviews service) to provide you with the services you ordered and from time to time to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the services and to tell you about other services we provide. The legal basis for using your data in this way is ‘Legitimate interest’ as it is necessary for us to run our business effectively and necessary for you, as the customer, to be able to receive and use the services we provide.

When purchasing services from us payment is either made through invoice or securely via a third party payment platform, currently WorldPay and PayPal. No banking or payment details are recorded or retained by us.

Complaints Procedure
If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please make your dissatisfaction known. You can do this by speaking or emailing directly to our office staff.
You will receive email or written acknowledgement of receipt within 5 working days along with details as to how the complaint will be dealt with. Within a further 30 days you will receive resolution or details of progress so far. If you are still unhappy you will be given details of who to approach for a review of the matter.
